Welcome to my online portfolio, with some of my clips and projects. You can find my resume on LinkedIn. I am currently located between New York City and Kyiv as a Masters candidate at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
My first blog (East, Please) shall remain as a personal and travel site, where you can hear about my adventures and work in the Pamirs, Tien Shan, Balkans, Carpathians, and more on traveling light.
I’m passionate about empowering women in politics and civil service. In smart, innovative, community-centric approaches to international development. About bringing regional expertise and cultural understanding to enrich foreign policy decision-making. About the right of all people to migrate, for whatever reason and without judgement or unnecessary classification. About integration and meaningful dialogue in host societies. I have a lot of soft spots and areas of interest — ranging from migrant rights to US-Russia relations and translating high-level policy dialogue to real results and changes on the ground.
